Alexis is the founder and principal consultant of Spicy Behavioral Consulting™ — a practice built for clinicians and organizations who refuse to choose between rigor and humanity.
Her work centers on the systems that quietly determine outcomes: how a clinic intakes a family, how a supervisor shapes a technician, how a leadership team makes decisions under pressure. These are not soft problems. They are behavioral problems — and she treats them as such.
After years in direct clinical and supervisory roles, she founded Spicy Behavioral Consulting to advise owners, directors, and families who want their work to outlast the founder. The result is a consulting practice that reads like a strategy firm and operates like a clinical one.
